Users provide some data directly when they contact us via email, web forms, or lead generation channels to inquire about our services. This information includes name, contact details (phone, email, social profiles), and project-related details.

When users visit our website or utilize our services, we automatically collect essential data such as browsing behavior, geographic location, and service preferences. This helps us enhance user experience and improve our offerings.

Additionally, we may receive data through indirect sources. If you interact with us via referral programs, reseller partners, or sign in using authentication providers such as Google, LinkedIn, or Facebook, your contact details may be shared with us to fulfill your requests. Engagements on social media platforms (likes, comments, shares, mentions, or follows) are also recorded, even if later removed from the platform.

Conclusion

20thFloor Technologies is committed to maintaining transparency and safeguarding user information. Our privacy policy ensures compliance with data protection regulations while delivering the highest level of service to our clients.

We use the information you provide to deliver the services you request, manage and maintain your accounts, and enhance your experience with 20thFloor Technologies. Additionally, we utilize this data to communicate with you regarding ongoing services, support requests, new offerings, feedback opportunities, and policy updates. Analyzing collected data allows us to refine our services and optimize user experiences.

Legal Basis for Data Processing

Our data collection and processing are legally justified, either through your consent or as necessary to fulfill service requests. In cases where these conditions do not apply, we rely on legitimate business interests. You have the right to decline certain types of data usage by withholding information, opting out, or disabling cookies. Note that disabling cookies may affect website functionality. Data Access and Retention

Only authorized employees and vendors with a legitimate need have access to your personal data. Users from the European Economic Area (EEA) have rights related to data access, rectification, deletion, processing restrictions, data portability, and objections. We extend these rights to all users regardless of location. We retain your personal information only as long as necessary for the stated purposes. Once no longer needed, we delete, anonymize, or securely isolate your data.

Handling Data on Your Behalf

As a service provider, you may share customer, employee, or vendor data during project development. You retain ownership of your service data, and we process it securely per your instructions. You may access, share via third-party integrations, and request export or deletion of this data. Refund & Service Cancellation Policy

At 20thFloor Technologies, we prioritize customer satisfaction while maintaining a structured approach to service delivery. As a service-based provider, our offerings are non-tangible and become accessible immediately upon purchase, making refunds and returns inapplicable.

Project Milestones & Commitment

All Web Design, Development, and Application projects are undertaken based on clearly defined milestones and scope documents. This ensures that our teams and clients share a mutual understanding of project requirements, minimizing the likelihood of cancellations, reversals, or disputes.

Refund Eligibility

Given that our milestone-driven approach involves structured efforts at each phase, refunds are not available for completed work. However, in cases where a project is mutually terminated, clients will retain ownership of the work completed up to that point. Any advance payments made for future development will be refunded accordingly.

Early Cancellation Window

Clients who decide to switch to a different provider within 48 hours of project initiation may request a full refund of the paid amount. Beyond this period, work will have commenced, making refunds non-viable.

Non-Cancellable Special Offers

Promotional or limited-time service packages offered by our marketing team are non-cancellable and non-refundable, as these are special deals designed for specific occasions.

Non-Refundable Development & Consulting Services

For Time & Material (T&M) contracts or Dedicated Developer hiring, refunds are not applicable, as these services are billed based on the time and resources allocated to the project.

Project Cancellation Policy

At 20thFloor Technologies, we recognize that project requirements may change. To maintain transparency and efficiency, we have established a structured cancellation process.

Requesting a Cancellation

All cancellation requests must be formally submitted to our Project Management Office (PMO) via email. A request will only be considered valid once officially acknowledged by our PMO team.

Processing Time

We require a minimum of four weeks to process cancellation requests, ensuring that all project-related obligations are reviewed thoroughly.

Cancellation Terms & Conditions
  • Service Agreement Compliance – Cancellations are governed by the Service Level Agreement (SLA) established at the project’s initiation.
  • Post-Beta Release Policy – Once a project has reached beta delivery, it cannot be canceled.
  • Mutual Cancellations – If a project is mutually terminated, the client is responsible for covering the efforts invested up to the cancellation date.
Ownership & Deliverables

Until all outstanding payments are settled, ownership of source code, design assets, or any other project-related materials will remain with 20thFloor Technologies and will not be transferred.

Digital Deliverables Policy

At 20thFloor Technologies, our services revolve around digital solutions, eliminating concerns about physical delivery.

Nature of Deliverables

Our deliverables include:

  • Design Files (UI/UX, branding, or graphical assets)
  • Software Code (source files, scripts, and development frameworks)
  • Compiled Applications (fully functional software, ready for deployment)

Client Responsibility

Upon receipt, clients are responsible for storing and securing copies of all delivered files on their servers or preferred storage media.
